Middleport Pottery is currently closed to the public.
In response to government guidance, Middleport Pottery will be closed to the public from Saturday 21st March until further notice.
Tickets and Events:
Middleport Pottery is amending dates for certain events during spring and early summer. Details of event changes will be announced online and via social media. Please see below for further details of how this may affect your future visit to Middleport Pottery.
Cancellation by Middleport Pottery:
If an event is cancelled by Middleport Pottery, we will contact you to arrange a refund. We will call you directly for bookings made over the phone, or email for bookings made online.
For bookings made online any additional costs, such as postage and booking fees, will not be reimbursed.

Factory Tours / Heritage Tours (Including Group Visits):
Our refund policy states that unless an event is cancelled by us, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, given the unique circumstance surrounding coronavirus we’re offering customers the option to defer their visit to a later date. Please call 01782 499766 for further information.
Unfortunately, unless an event is cancelled by Middleport Pottery we will not be able to refund tickets for one-off events.
Private Events and Room Hire
As detailed above, unless the event or booking is cancelled by Middleport Pottery, visitors will not be eligible for a refund. Call - 01782 499766 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
