Site: External areas of the site has cobbled streets & gravel areas but is wheelchair accessible
Parking: Disabled parking is located by the side of Harper Street across from the main entrance. On-street parking is also available
Heritage Trail: The heritage trail is accessible with the exception of the Bath House. Please also ask a member of staff or a volunteer for assistance entering the Victorian Offices (staff & volunteers can be identified by their orange lanyard)
Factory Tour: Unfortunately the factory tour is not accessible due to steps and because it is still a working factory. For disabled guests we are able to provide a Virtual Factory Tour experience
The Packing House Cafe: The ground floor of our cafe is wheelchair accessible
Event Rooms: The Burgess Room has direct lift access and The Regal Peacock & Davenport Gallery are also accessible (via the Burgess Room lift). These areas are used for private room hires and indoor events such as the Artisan Markets
Disabled Toilets: There are several disabled toilets located around site and a “changing places” area is also available and is located inside the entrance to Harper Street (across from the main site entrance)
