Middleport Pottery wins Gold at the Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent Tourism Awards 2025

Lucy, Alison & Gabrielle attended the Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent Tourism Awards evening at the Doubletree by Hilton Stoke-on-Trent on Thursday 20^th March to represent the team at Middleport Pottery, it was at this glittering black-tie event hosted by BBC Midlands Today’s Rebecca Wood, that it was announced that Middleport Pottery had been awarded Gold in the category of Small Visitor Attraction of the Year.

It was a great honour to win Gold in this category as Middleport Pottery was up against some of the counties leading small visitor attractions. The full category winners list included:

• Middleport Pottery, Stoke-on-Trent – GOLD
• Tamworth Castle – SILVER
• The Brampton Museum, Newcastle-under-Lyme – Joint BRONZE
• Dorothy Clive Garden, near Newcastle-under-Lyme – Joint BRONZE
