Re-Form Heritage is inviting tenders from experienced conservation contractors to undertake repair works to nine historic monuments across Stoke-on-Trent as part of Phase 2 of the Centenary Restoration Fund (CRF).

This phase forms part of a wider programme to restore 20–24 small heritage sites and deliver community engagement activities. The programme aims to build community skills and understanding of local heritage whilst ensuring the long-term conservation of significant historic assets.

Phase 2 will focus on nine monuments located across Stoke-on-Trent. Repair works vary between sites but are expected to include:

  • Cleaning
  • Redecoration
  • Repointing

Contractors may submit tenders for one, several, or all monuments included within this phase.

Works are expected to take place between November 2026 and January 2027. This phase forms part of a wider restoration programme with a total budget of £146,000.

The deadline for submission of tenders is 11:59pm on Sunday 20 September 2026.

Proposals should be sent to Inês Jorge, Project Officer at Re-Form Heritage and the main point of contact for this tender, via email at ines.jorge@re-form.org.
