Admissions

Single / Individual Tickets - (excluding group bookings).

Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is the responsibility of the visitor to ensure that the correct number and type of tickets are purchased for admission to the Factory Tour, Heritage Trail or event.

Tickets bought online will be issued as digital proof of purchase. This will be sent to the email address provided upon booking. Please bring your proof of purchase (on a phone screen or printed at home) when you visit.

Special event tickets purchased are only valid for the event and date stated. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. It is the responsibility of the Visitor to ensure that the correct special event tickets are purchased.

Tickets are valid for admission on the dates and times that Middleport Pottery is open to the public. Visitors are advised to check the website for details of opening dates and times prior to purchasing online tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and therefore, no refunds will be made.

Children under 8 years of age will not be permitted on the Factory Tour. Young people (under 16's) must be accompanied on-site, by an adult at all times.

Visitors purchasing Concession Tickets (seniors - 65+, students), must bring evidence of their eligibility for presentation at the point of admission. Middleport Pottery reserves the right to deny entry or charge the full standard admission fee to any visitor unable to provide documentation upon request. Full-time students of any age are required to bring student photo identification with them.

Group Bookings

For bookings of 10 or more, please contact Middleport Pottery reception directly (open 10 AM - 4 PM): 01782 499766. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. Full payment is required two weeks prior to your visit.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are permitted on-site. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Smoking

Middleport Pottery is a no-smoking site. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.

Alcohol

Middleport Pottery is licensed to serve and sell alcohol on its premises to any visitor over the age of 18. Middleport Pottery operates a Challenge 25 policy. Proof of age photo ID may be requested and sale refused to any visitor unable to provide a satisfactory form of ID. Middleport Pottery respectfully asks visitors to drink responsibly during their visit and reserves the right to refuse sale of alcohol to any visitor deemed to be intoxicated. In such instances, visitors may also be asked to leave the site and where applicable, no refund will be issued.

Middleport Pottery reserves the right to refuse admission or ask visitors to leave without prior notification should their behaviour be deemed to be anti-social or offensive to staff or other visitors. In these instances, refunds will not be issued.

Gift Vouchers

All Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.
